Absolutely! We outline many strategies you can use with babies. It is never too early to start laying this foundation.

We know how busy caregivers’ lives are and want you to watch the course at your own pace. We also know revisiting sections in the future will be helpful. You’ll have access to the course as long as the course is being sold.

Unfortunately, no. Sharing your account information with others will result in losing access to your account. 

From start to finish, the course is about 90 minutes. Each section is only 2-14 minutes long. The course is designed to be consumed at a pace that works for you, so you can watch it all in one sitting or space it out over days and weeks. When purchasing the course, you will also receive access to a Course Companion. The Course Companion is intended to be used in conjunction with watching the course, to guide your journey.

Yes! The course has some helpful visuals that highlight key points and acronyms we discuss. However, you are welcome to just listen to it.
